Outbound HTTP

Use import { http } from "@backifydev/sdk". Canonical: await http.fetch(url, { method: "POST", json: body, timeout: 5000 }). Do not bypass configured outbound-host policy. Never place secrets in URLs. Backify enforces allowlists, timeouts, and runtime audit context.
